USA orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours except on public holidays and weekends.
The rest of the world is shipped from Australia every 2 – 3 week days.
Estimated delivery times may not include holidays and weekends and vary from country to country. Delays are possible due to customs clearance and if not delivered may be held at your local post office. Customs sometimes think the $5 CZ’s are smuggled diamonds – call them and explain if the parcel is held up.
We take all care but can not be responsible for lost parcels and delays.
